Introduction
These Terms of Use describe the legally binding terms that govern your use of the site (https://threeineight.com "Website"), Services and products provided by THREEinEIGHT ("we," "us," or "our") . By logging in to the site, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and declare that you have the authority and capacity to be bound by these terms. These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If You do not agree with all of these legal terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.
We offer courses and learning materials ("Content Offerings") designed to help you build skills in using some of the most in-demand software. Our Content Offerings include video courses and hands-on guided practice with software. In some cases, access to the software itself may also be provided without additional charges. While we strive to deliver high-quality Contents created both internally and by our Content Providers, unforeseen circumstances may arise. We reserve the right to cancel, interrupt, reschedule, or modify any Contents. This may include changes to the video contents, projects, quizzes, or other assessments, either independently or as directed by our Content Providers. Please note that all Content Offerings are subject to the Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability sections outlined below.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Services does not include granting academic credit for completing courses or participating in content offerings. Completion of a course or content offering does not confer academic credit or degree. Even if credit is awarded, there is no guarantee or presumption that other institutions will accept it. You agree not to claim academic credit for completing a course unless it is explicitly mentioned in the course information. We are under no obligation to ensure that content offerings are recognized by any educational institution or accreditation organization. These Terms do not create any student/academic institution relationship between you and us, nor do they enroll or register you in any institution.
