Refund Policy
These Terms describe the legally binding conditions governing your purchases of Services provided by THREEinEIGHT ("we," "us," or "our") on the site https://threeineight.com ("Website"). We are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences and transparent policies to guide your purchases. Please review the following terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations, which are designed to be fair and reflective of our unique service model.
By logging in to the site, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and confirm that you have the authority and capacity to be bound by these terms. These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), concerning your purchases and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.
We offer a variety of paid services, including video courses, project assessments, and one-on-one tutoring, which are available for a prepaid fee. Unless otherwise specified, fees are displayed in your local currency or in USD. Our crash courses typically last 24 hours in total, 12 hours of which are intensive video classes. You are responsible for promptly paying all fees and applicable taxes using a valid payment method linked to the service.
If your payment method fails and you have accessed the service, we may employ alternative collection methods to recover the fees. Fee amounts may vary depending on your location and other factors. We reserve the right to adjust fees at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes to fees will take effect immediately upon being posted through the relevant services.
A full refund is available if requested within three (3) hours of purchase, provided you have not consumed a substantial portion of the course. After the three-hour period, no refunds will be granted, even if you have not completed the course or received a certificate.
Software Use and Purchase Limits
All course purchases made on THREEinEIGHT are linked to the purchaser’s account and are non-transferable. Users are not permitted to share or resell their access to courses or associated software to any third party.
Each course may be purchased multiple times. Upon successful purchase, users are granted access to the course materials unless otherwise stated.
Some courses may include time-limited access to third-party software as a complementary feature. This software access is:
- Provided solely for educational purposes in conjunction with the purchased course.
- Limited to a defined period, as specified at the time of purchase.
- Non-renewable through course re-purchase. Users seeking continued software access must subscribe directly with the software provider. Re-purchasing the same course or obtaining duplicate access through alternate accounts to gain access to a complementary software is strictly prohibited and prevented by the system.
Users acknowledge that purchasing courses solely to gain access to software, bypassing the software provider’s subscription policies, constitutes misuse. Such actions may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of the user’s account.
- Revocation of access to the software and course materials without refund.
By purchasing a course, users agree to indemnify THREEinEIGHT against any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from misuse, including but not limited to:
- Violations of third-party software licensing terms.
- Unauthorized sharing of account access.
- Fraudulent activities or attempts to circumvent platform policies.
Most demos offered by THREEinEIGHT do not require you to input your card details. Trials are offered free of charge. However, if a free trial requires your card details, you must cancel the trial before it ends to avoid being charged. If a course is completed during the trial period, we reserves the right to charge for a subscription in order to release the course certificate.
