Project Scheduling in Real Estate

Efficient project scheduling is the backbone of successful real estate development. In this hands-on course, you’ll learn to plan, schedule, and monitor real estate projects using Microsoft Project. Through a realistic case study, you’ll translate feasibility results into a structured project plan, define tasks, allocate resources, set dependencies, and track progress.
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to build complete Gantt charts, manage timelines, identify critical paths, and apply professional scheduling techniques tailored to real estate projects — ensuring your developments are delivered on time and within scope.
