In this course, it enables learners to interpret weather patterns, assess solar exposure, optimize passive heating and cooling strategies, and evaluate thermal comfort, helping developers and designers create environmentally responsive, energy-efficient real estate projects.

In this course, learners will gain hands-on experience with Climate Consultant’s core tools and features essential for sustainable real estate development. Key functionalities include weather file analysis, solar radiation mapping, temperature and humidity profiling, psychrometric chart interpretation, shading and daylight assessment, passive heating and cooling strategy evaluation, and energy efficiency optimization. Students will also learn to visualize climate data, generate performance reports, and apply scenario modeling to test design alternatives, enabling them to make informed, environmentally responsible decisions for real-world property development projects.
